Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role demands a proactive leader with strong management capabilities, mechanical expertise, and a passion for ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence across all property systems. As a Property Manager, you will coordinate maintenance teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while optimizing the performance of mechanical and electrical systems. Your leadership will drive the success of our facilities management operations, creating a safe and well-maintained environment for all occupants. Duties Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems Manage facilities maintenance schedules to track work orders, inspections, and repairs Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations to protect personnel and property Supervise and manage Leasing staff and marketing team Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Requirements Previous experience in property management on a large property. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files.
