May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for a luxury residential community in Boynton Beach, FL. This role is ideal for a service-driven leader who can balance resident satisfaction, team leadership, and financial performance in a high-expectation environment. The successful candidate will guide daily property operations, strengthen leasing and retention results, and maintain exceptional community standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily management of a large luxury multifamily property, ensuring smooth operations across leasing, resident services, and facility upkeep.
  • Supervise, coach, and support onsite leasing and maintenance staff to promote accountability, collaboration, and strong performance.
  • Increase occupancy and revenue by advancing leasing activity, improving renewal outcomes, and encouraging long-term resident retention.
  • Provide an elevated resident experience by addressing concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on positive resolution.
  • Oversee budgeting, expense control, and financial performance while tracking results against operational objectives.
  • Review local market trends and adjust pricing, leasing, and retention strategies to strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Maintain high standards for building appearance, cleanliness, maintenance quality, and overall curb appeal throughout the community.
  • Work closely with maintenance leadership on service requests, preventive maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and property improvement projects.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, Fair Housing guidelines, and applicable rental housing regulations, while preparing reports for senior leadership.
