OVERVIEW A
nationally recognized multifamily owner-operator is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a luxury apartment community in Cape Coral, FL. This role is responsible for driving property performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence while maintaining a high-quality living experience for residents. This position is ideal for a hands-on property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading onsite teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee daily operations of a luxury market-rate apartment community Lead and develop leasing, maintenance, and onsite team members Drive occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance Manage budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance goals Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance requests Foster positive resident relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Monitor property condition and ensure community standards are maintained Partner with regional leadership on operational initiatives and business objectives Coordinate vendor relationships and property improvement projects Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards

WHAT IT TAKES
3-5+ years of property management experience Experience managing market-rate multifamily communities required Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams Strong financial management and budgeting skills Experience driving occupancy and resident retention initiatives Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
