Job Description

Job Overview The applicant must hold an active Community Association Managers license CAM and have at least 3 years experience. This job is located in Daytona Beach Shores. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Condominium Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a residential condominium property. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and owners, ensuring smooth property functioning, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Your leadership will drive property maintenance, financial management, lease administration, and community engagement to foster a vibrant and well-maintained living environment. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations Oversee property maintenance and facilities management by working with onsite staff, coordinating repairs, inspections, and vendor services to ensure safety and quality standards are met Administer documentation with precision and adherence to landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Utilize property management tools such for data entry, reporting, budgeting, and record-keeping to streamline operations Handle conflict management effectively by mediating disputes between residents or staff while maintaining a positive community atmosphere Communicate regularly with clients through professional client relationship management practices while providing exceptional customer service via phone etiquette and in-person interactions Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on condominium or multi-family housing environments Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment Demonstrated customer service expertise with strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, lease negotiations, upselling amenities or services, and facilities management Ability to handle conflict resolution tactfully while maintaining positive resident relationships Office experience including data entry, filing systems, contract administration, and general administrative support Join us in creating thriving communities by managing properties with energy, professionalism, and a passion for excellence.
