Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) Oceanside Inn Condominium Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the daily operations of our oceanfront condominium association in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized leader who enjoys working with condominium boards, owners, contractors, and vendors while ensuring the property is professionally managed and maintained. Position Summary The Community Association Manager serves as the Association's on-site manager and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the Association under the direction of the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will provide leadership, maintain compliance with Florida condominium laws, oversee maintenance operations, coordinate vendors, and ensure exceptional service to the Association's owners. Primary Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the Association. Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, owners, residents, contractors, and vendors. Prepare Board meeting agendas, board packets, meeting notices, and minutes. Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, the Association's Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations. Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers. Assist with preparation and monitoring of the Association's annual budget. Monitor owner compliance and administer the Association's covenant enforcement procedures. Maintain official Association records. Respond professionally to owner inquiries and concerns. Coordinate insurance claims and work with the Association's insurance professionals when necessary. Assist the Board with strategic planning, capital improvement projects, and reserve planning. Attend evening Board meetings as scheduled. Qualifications Current Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License required. Minimum of three (3) years of condominium or homeowners association management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Florida condominium law and community association operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and property management software. Professional appearance and customer-service oriented attitude. Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Condominium associations Oceanfront or resort properties Hospitality or condotel operations Budget preparation and financial reporting Vendor and contract management
Pay:
$41,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
