This position assists the Property Manager with daily operations, resident relations, financial administration, and property maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, bilingual, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in property management and career growth. Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management and operation of residential properties. Support property operations, including accounting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of resident concerns. Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, resident communications, and property documentation. Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and office organization. Process vendor invoices and billing while working closely with the accounting department regarding owner ledgers and general ledger (GL) coding. Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets. Facilitate effective communication between residents and management. Address resident concerns and assist in resolving conflicts professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with applicable property management laws, regulations, and company policies. Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the Property Manager. Experience Bilingual (required). Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role preferred. Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of property management practices, contracts, and legal compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software is a plus. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
