Full-Time | Onsite The Opportunity A successful leasing team does more than give tours and process applications. It creates momentum, follows up with purpose, understands what drives a prospect's decision, and makes every person who walks through the door feel like they could belong there. RISE Doro is looking for a Leasing Manager who can lead that effort. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day leasing operation, coach and develop the leasing team, monitor traffic and conversion activity, and ensure every prospect receives a responsive and consistent experience. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain occupancy, strengthen resident retention, and position RISE Doro as a community people are excited to call home. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set expectations and hold the team accountable, but you will also be on the front line—answering inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and helping close leases.
