Join a premier luxury high-rise condominium community in North Miami Beach as a Community Association Manager (CAM). This is a senior-level leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, resident relations, and team management within a prestigious residential environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive high-rise condominium management experience, a commitment to service excellence, and strong leadership skills to maintain the highest standards of property management. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, fostering strong working relationships. Oversee all daily operations of the luxury high-rise condominium community, ensuring smooth and efficient management. Lead, develop, and support onsite team members to deliver outstanding service to residents. Maintain a professional, responsive, and service-oriented resident experience. Prepare for and participate in Board, committee, and association meetings. Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets. Review financial statements, expenditures, contracts, and budget variances to ensure fiscal responsibility. Oversee vendor relationships, contract performance, and service standards. Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement, preventative maintenance, and building projects. Ensure compliance with association governing documents, policies, applicable regulations, and Florida condominium requirements. Identify operational concerns proactively and provide solutions and recommendations to the Board. Maintain high standards for building appearance, amenities, safety, and overall property presentation. Manage resident concerns and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Active Florida CAM License required. Minimum 5 years of high-rise condominium management experience required. Experience managing a luxury or high-end residential community strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience working directly with condominium Boards of Directors. Strong knowledge of high-rise building operations, vendor management, budgeting, and capital projects. Excellent leadership and staff management skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial operating budgets. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to navigate complex resident and Board matters professionally and diplomatically. Highly organized, proactive, polished, and solutions-oriented. Strong understanding of Florida condominium association operations and applicable requirements. Compensation $170,000$180,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
