Assistant Property manager Solid Storage Palm Bay Palm Bay, FL Job Details Part-time From $16 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Professional networking Phone customer support Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated assistant property manager 3 days per week to oversee the daily operations of our locally owned self storage facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors. Storage experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements Collect rent payments and manage tenant accounts, including late fees and delinquencies. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with service providers Utilize Sitelink software for property management tasks such as leases and rental payments Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify necessary improvements or repairs. Maintain facilities including cleaning restrooms, walkways, and elevators Requirements We welcome candidates with little to no experience who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for legal administrative tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
