Responsibilities As our Operations Property Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties. Inspect properties to ensure they meet Host PCB quality standards. Troubleshoot maintenance issues before dispatching vendors whenever possible. Perform basic maintenance tasks when appropriate. Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors. Verify completed maintenance work meets company standards. Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns. Work closely with housekeeping and inspectors to ensure properties are guest-ready. Complete detailed digital inspections with notes and photos. Identify maintenance concerns before they become guest complaints. Maintain organized storage areas and assist with inventory when needed. Assist with owner arrivals and special hospitality requests. Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation. Basic Maintenance Experience Required You do not need to be a licensed contractor, but you should be comfortable troubleshooting common maintenance issues and determining when professional repairs are needed.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and mobile apps. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. General handyman experience. Schedule Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) Typical hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM based on operational needs. Weekend availability is required.
