$100,000 - $125,000 per year plus free housing We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apartment Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential community in Coral Springs, FL. This onsite position is ideal for an experienced property management professional with strong leadership and marketing skills, a focus on resident satisfaction, and a proven ability to manage leasing, collections, property operations, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, leasing, and occupancy Manage leasing, marketing, and occupancy Foster and maintain positive, productive relationships with residents Oversee rent collections and accounts receivable Manage property expenses and assist with budget performance Supervise, train, and evaluate onsite property staff Coordinate maintenance and property operations Prepare and provide regular reports on property performance Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations Build strong relationships with prospective residents and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of apartment property management experience preferred CAM or CPM certification preferred Bilingual preferred Proven experience managing a multifamily residential community Strong knowledge of property management principles and financial operations Thorough understanding of applicable rules, regulations, and compliance requirements Proficient with computers and property management software Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Customer-service oriented with a focus on results
