A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values - and infusing them into resident programs and relations Goes beyond expectations to make living at your community relaxed, easy, and unlike any other apartment experience. Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that can help add value to your community and drive incremental revenue Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information Keep your finger on the pulse of resident satisfaction levels to make sure we are delivering exceptional service to our customers and residents. Update and monitor key performance indicators that measure traffic activity, closing ratios, application and leasing signing, resident satisfaction, move-ins/move-outs, and renewal rates, along with other key community metrics Research and help establish programs for each phase of the resident lifecycle — from application process to lease signing to renewal Maintain a database of proven best practices for resident experience programs Guide your team in the creation of meaningful resident experience programs by creating tactical plans and evaluating community performance Inspire your community colleagues to continually strengthen resident event strategies Partner with teams from other communities to deepen the company's relationship with residents and achieve resident retention goals Serve as a go-to resource for residents and community teams Benefits as a
