We are dedicated to helping people on an individual basis discover for themselves the steps they will need to take to achieve a lasting change. We treat clients in Inpatient Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP and OP levels of care. We are looking for an experienced, hard working, and motivated residential supervisor who will remain flexible in an ever-changing work environment due to the e ver changing needs of the business and its clients. Responsibilities and Duties This position is responsible to provide supervision to residential staff, and preparation of a weekly shift schedule to ensure adequate staff coverage and placement; ensure facility protocols are followed regularly by staff and clients. Responsible for the coordination of client transportation; organizing and tracking all admissions and discharges. Will interact regularly with clients and their families. Must demonstrate critical thinking skills; creativity and the ability to take on tasks with little to no direction; team player responsible to work with multiple departments; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, communication platforms, and KIPU systems. This position requires on-call duties through a rotation schedule.
