Position:
Floating Assistant Property Manager πLocation:
This position will support RPS apartment communities located in the Tampa area . βKey Qualifications:
Primarily looking for candidates with 2+ years' experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable, Yardi experience, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. π’About Us:

- Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
- Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
- Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes
- Support leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation π
Requirements:
Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred
Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Valid Driver's License required πΌ
