Assistant Community Manager Riverview, FL Retreat at Crosstown Retreat at Crosstown The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination to help the property achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in setting and achieving community sales & collection goals
- Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion
- Lease apartments and maintain lead management activity
- Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives
- Complete final account statements upon move out in accordance with local & state requirements
- Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
- Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly
- Assist with accounting month end reported, ensuring accuracy in reporting and close out procedures
- Analyze market data and monitor competition
- Coordinate resident events and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy
