Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of property management best practices, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both homeowners and guests. This role requires proactive property maintenance needs, adherence to local regulations, and effective communication with homeowners, vendors, and guests to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Maintenance:

Oversee all aspects of property management, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs to ensure properties meet the highest cleanliness and safety standards.

Guest Relations:

Provide top-tier service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Homeowner Communication:

Maintain strong relationships with property owners, offering regular updates on rental performance, maintenance, and financial reporting in a timely manner.

Compliance & Regulations:

Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, local short-term rental regulations, HOA guidelines, and company policies.

Financial Management:

Utilize property management software for financial reporting. Assist in budget preparation and revenue optimization strategies.

Vendor & Staff Coordination:

Manage relationships with cleaning teams, maintenance providers, and other service vendors to ensure high-quality and timely work.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, maintenance requests, financial performance, and property-related documentation. Requirements Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental operations. Strong knowledge of property maintenance best practices and facilities management. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and local rental laws is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in property management software and data entry. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
