A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

The Store Manager oversees the operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited supervision. The Store Manager role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards, and consistently delivers high operational standards. Our Store Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, showing and renting storage units, keeping track of and scheduling all building maintenance needs and managing customer accounts. Employee Responsibilities Maintain and build strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions. Maximize sales through unit rentals, Truck rentals, and moving supplies. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance (e.g., sweeping, mopping, grounds maintenance, etc.) of the site(s), including the office, and all interior areas and exterior areas of the facilities and surrounding areas. Perform daily site inspections, including lock checks, policing, picking up trash, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, wiping down unit doors, and cleaning windows. This is not an all inclusive list. Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, auctions, and proper facility usage. Handle transactions, balance receipts, calling, emailing and texting on delinquent payments, process customer payments, and complete daily bank deposits. Perform and oversee routine administrative tasks, including maintaining auction files, following up on delinquent accounts. Maintaining professional relationships with all employees. Perform additional duties as assigned. Your Qualifications 2+ years of customer-facing work experience. Management experience highly desired. Sales experience preferred.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
