We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to oversee a multifamily apartment community in Stuart, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys variety, leadership, and balancing both residential and commercial operations. What You'll Do As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day performance across both properties — ensuring smooth operations, financial stability, and satisfied residents and tenants.

You'll:

Manage daily operations including leasing, renewals, financials, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Lead and mentor onsite staff through clear communication, scheduling, and accountability. Oversee budgets, rent collection, and reporting to meet financial goals for both sites. Conduct regular inspections, maintain high property standards, and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant, and commercial lease regulations. Partner closely with ownership and leadership to support continued growth and improvements. What You Bring 5+ years of multifamily housing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or assistant management role. Strong understanding of both residential and commercial property operations. Solid financial acumen — able to read financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast expenses. In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
