Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to oversee a multifamily apartment community in Stuart, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys variety, leadership, and balancing both residential and commercial operations. What You'll Do As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day performance across both properties — ensuring smooth operations, financial stability, and satisfied residents and tenants.
You'll:
Manage daily operations including leasing, renewals, financials, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Lead and mentor onsite staff through clear communication, scheduling, and accountability. Oversee budgets, rent collection, and reporting to meet financial goals for both sites. Conduct regular inspections, maintain high property standards, and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant, and commercial lease regulations. Partner closely with ownership and leadership to support continued growth and improvements. What You Bring 5+ years of multifamily housing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or assistant management role. Strong understanding of both residential and commercial property operations. Solid financial acumen — able to read financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast expenses. In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with OneSite is highly desirable. What Sets Us Apart We believe great managers deserve great support.
