Proficiency with property management tools, particularly AppFolio or similar platforms. Knowledge of leasing procedures, rental agreements, and tenant screening processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation and schedules. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
