Property Manager Independent Senior Living Community We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our independent senior living community. You'll oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, staff, budgets, and property upkeep, all while helping create a warm, well-run community our residents are proud to call home. What You'll Do Operations & Leadership Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environment Supervise, train, and support on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams Ensure the community operates in compliance with fair housing laws and company policies Leasing & Occupancy Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing strategies and marketing efforts Oversee the leasing process, including tours, applications, and lease renewals Resident Relations Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families Address resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally Support a strong sense of community by working alongside the activities coordinator Property Maintenance Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure the property is well-maintained Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance needs proactively Ensure the community meets all safety, health, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Prior property management experience required; experience in senior/independent living preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Working knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing/property management best practices A genuine passion for working with senior residents and building community
