Job Description

Job Title:
Property Management Paralegal / Eviction & Tenant Relations Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Management Paralegal / Eviction & Tenant Relations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our mobile home park portfolio. Our company owns and manages 20 properties with approximately 500 tenants , and this role is critical to keeping tenant records, collections, notices, move-ins, move-outs, and eviction matters on track. The ideal candidate has experience in property management, landlord-tenant matters, collections, and legal paperwork , and is comfortable handling sensitive tenant issues with professionalism, firmness, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Track and manage all tenant move-ins and move-outs , including lease paperwork, notices, inspections, possession dates, and file updates Maintain accurate tenant files, rent ledgers, lease documents, and payment records Contact tenants by phone, text, and email regarding past-due rent, balances owed, payment follow-up, and payment arrangements Prepare, send, and track late notices, lease violation notices, demand notices, non-renewal notices, and other tenant correspondence Prepare and submit eviction paperwork accurately and on time Keep a detailed calendar of eviction deadlines, court dates, hearing dates, possession dates, and follow-up actions Coordinate with management, outside counsel, courts, process servers, and field staff regarding active eviction files Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, company policies, and occupancy requirements Document all tenant communication, notices, payment conversations, and legal actions in company systems Assist with collections, delinquency reporting, and tenant account resolution Generate regular reports on delinquencies, active evictions, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant account status Support ownership and management with administrative and legal coordination related to tenant matters Qualifications Paralegal experience or paralegal certificate preferred Experience in property management, landlord-tenant law, eviction coordination, collections, or real estate administration Strong knowledge of document preparation, deadlines, notice tracking, and case follow-up Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tenant matters across multiple properties Strong communication skills and confidence handling collections calls and difficult tenant conversations Ability to work with urgency, accuracy, and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records current and audit-ready Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple deadlines without constant supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience working with mobile home parks Experience with eviction filings and court coordination Familiarity with tenant notices, delinquency tracking, and move-out procedures Bilingual is a plus Work Environment Full-time role Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Frequent communication with tenants, attorneys, courts, and management Must be dependable, professional, and highly organized To apply, contact Amir at 404-484-4740.
