We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring both homeowners and guests receive exceptional service. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and vacation rental properties. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors. Being on call for rental emergencies, swapping that responsibility with the Assistant Property Manager weekly. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and housekeeping. Conduct property inspections and ensure homes meet company standards. Handle owner communications and provide outstanding customer service. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Work closely with reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. Maintain accurate property records and documentation. Help maximize owner satisfaction while protecting company standards. Qualifications Property management, hospitality, or real estate experience preferred. Georgia Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning property management software. Social media savvy and willingness to help us grow our online presence. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
