+ Assist with daily property operations, tenant/resident requests, and general administrative support.

+ Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor appointments, and follow-up to help ensure issues are resolved promptly.

+ Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, work orders, and other property-related documentation.

+ Maintain accurate tenant/resident records, files, service requests, and property information.

+ Provide friendly customer service while communicating with tenants/residents, vendors, and property management staff. Requirements What We're Looking For

+ Strong customer service and communication skills with a helpful approach.

+ Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and learning new property management software.

+ Previous administrative, customer service, hospitality, leasing, or office experience is helpful, but property management experience is not required.
