Monday - Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! Perform routine building and grounds maintenance and repairs. Complete basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. Repair irrigation sprinklers, light fixtures, railings, doors, cabinets, and other building components. Check and maintain pumps, ventilation fans, fire equipment, and other building systems. Maintain accurate inventory and check-out records for tools and supplies. Prepare lists of materials and supplies needed for upcoming work. Assist outside contractors when needed. Respond to maintenance emergencies. Submit reports regarding property damage, equipment issues, and other maintenance concerns. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the Resident Manager.

Position Requirements:

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs. Knowledge of building safety and emergency procedures. Ability to use common hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, residents, and contractors.
