Lead and mentor a team of site technicians to ensure operational efficiency and high standards of safety. Coordinate work schedules and task assignments to ensure operational uptime. Conduct team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training to build technical capability. Oversee monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance. Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for various systems. Manage day-to-day operations of the facility. Monitor environmental conditions and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate operational documentation and safety records. Enforce safety policies and compliance with regulations. Serve as the point of contact for inspections and audits. Facility Manager:

Minimum 3 years of technical operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Experience managing teams in an industrial setting. Strong organizational and communication skills.
