Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable individual to assist a local small-business owner with property management, administrative duties, and day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with property management and tenant-related matters Communicating professionally with tenants, vendors, employees, and the public Paying bills and maintaining basic financial records Accurately updating and maintaining spreadsheets Following established standard operating procedures and keeping processes organized Coordinating maintenance, vendors, and other property-related needs Handling general administrative and small-business tasks Running occasional local errands or visiting properties and business locations Assisting the owner with operational priorities as needed The ideal candidate: Is professional, dependable, hardworking, organized, and self-motivated Has property management experience Is proficient with basic Excel spreadsheets, bookkeeping, computers, and office technology Can follow established procedures while also working independently Is willing to assist with tasks outside the normal job description when needed Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Will maintain strict confidentiality regarding the businesses and operations involved Has some flexibility in their schedule should an unexpected situation arise The position is based in the Quad Cities and will involve multiple local properties and businesses.
Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time hours.
Pay:

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
