Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holidays, 401K Responsibilities Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents while providing exceptional customer service. Serve as the primary point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and day-to-day communication. Host open houses and provide private apartment tours to prospective residents. Resolve resident concerns, lease issues, and conflicts professionally while maintaining positive relationships. Respond promptly to rental inquiries through social media, email, phone, and apartment listing platforms. Review rental applications, process background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins. Manage all leasing and resident activity through DoorLoop Software, including applications, lease documentation, resident communication, and rent payments. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining accurate financial records. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure the community is clean, safe, and well maintained. Assist with light cleaning, property upkeep, and preparing apartments for new residents. Purchase and track materials for new construction projects. Assist with new construction projects as needed What We're Looking For Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proven ability to professionally handle resident concerns and resolve conflicts. Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and using property management software and technology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with DoorLoop or similar property management software is plus Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
