Job Description
Our Service Assistants are the liaison between the customers and their service experience at Parker Automotive. If you are customer service oriented, love dealing with people and want the opportunity to grow, this is the perfect position for you! We are looking for dependable, service minded, friendly individuals to join our fast paced, high volume, service department team. This is a 4-10's rotating schedule (can include weekends)
Job Description:
- Greet our customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Facilitate the customer check-in process for the Service Department
- Clearing and maintaining flow of traffic in the Service Drive
- Miscellaneous service tasks
- Transport cars
- Assist Assistant Service Managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Self- motivated individual and collaborative team player
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
- Willing to submit to background check and drug screenings
