We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Community Lifestyle Director to join our team at Dry Creek Ranch, one of the Treasure Valley's most desirable master planned communities. This isn't your typical management job—it's a unique opportunity to play a central role in creating the lifestyle, energy, and connection that make a community truly feel like home. We're building a place where families grow, neighbors connect, and life feels a little more inspired. As our Community Lifestyle Director, you'll be a true partner in making that vision a reality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create a thorough calendar of events, parties, celebrations, healthy living lifestyle programs and educational programming for the Master Planned Community located in Dry Creek Ranch Organize, participate, and direct community event set-ups Program development and administration Facility scheduling and overall program promotion and publicity Collaborate with homeowners, vendors, and leadership. Manage and enforce community CC&Rs. Facility scheduling and overall program promotion and publicity. Attend and direct Board Meetings and Annual Association Meetings. Create subdivision newsletters, as requested. Maintain and oversee accurate record keeping, billing, collections, claims processing, and accounting for all communities. What you bring to the table: Minimum 3 years experience in coordinating and promoting various activities and programs, volunteer programs and/or fund raising events A degree in events, recreation, hospitality, sales, or communication field preferred Prior experience with community operations and leadership is a plus Exceptional problem solving skills Strong communication skills - including but not limited to verbal, written and in-person communication Flexible schedule to be able to run each week's calendar events Passion and initiative to build a vibrant and engaged neighborhood
