We are seeking an experienced, people focused Community Manager to join our team at Dry Creek Ranch, one of the Treasure Valley's premier master-planned communities. This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee the day to day operations of a thriving HOA while fostering the connections and exceptional resident experience that make a neighborhood feel like home. The ideal candidate has experience managing large or master planned community associations, a strong understanding of CC&Rs, and a firm but friendly approach to homeowner relations. This role will build positive relationships with residents and vendors while ensuring the community is professionally managed, well maintained, and continues to thrive.
