Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role combines administrative excellence with property management support, ensuring smooth operations across our properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service while managing essential office and property tasks. Responsibilities Assist with lease or rental agreement management, including data entry and filing to ensure accurate tenant records Support property management operations using tools like Yardi, OneSite, and other property management software A PLUS Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity via phone, email, and in person Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution Support record keeping, and filing to streamline office workflowsSkills Experience with Landlord-tenant law A PLUS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and correspondence Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in
APARTMENT
