Job Description

Join our team at Developmental Foundations as a Residential Manager! Since 1986, our family-owned company has managed neighborhood homes for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As Residential Manager , you will oversee Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA - residential group home settings) to assure quality care and a positive environment for those living and working there.
Job duties include:
Hire, train, develop and coach staff Oversee and approve staff schedules and payroll reports Manage financial targets and records Lead communication with staff and resolve concerns to build positive work teams Partner with clinical services team to accomplish excellent client care
Requirements:
2 or more years of leadership experience in a CILA, long-term care or other residential setting Supervisory experience ADSP (Authorized Direct Support Person) certification preferred Valid Driver's License High School or equivalent education EOE
