PROPERTY MANAGER

Evanston, Illinois | $25-$30 per hour + Leasing Bonuses Are you organized, confident closing leases, and skilled at handling difficult conversations? We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a student rental portfolio serving Northwestern University students. You'll take ownership of leasing and daily operations, build positive relationships with residents and their guarantors, and keep our properties running smoothly.

Your role:

Lead property tours, follow up with prospects, close leases, and secure renewals. Coordinate maintenance, vendors, property improvements, and student move-ins and move-outs. Manage resident and guarantor communication with professionalism and care.

What You Bring:

Four or more years in property management, hospitality, or a comparable customer-facing role, with demonstrated leasing success. Strong organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. Sound judgment and a calm, practical approach to resolving problems. Student-Housing Experience is a Plus.

Schedule & Availability:

The schedule includes Saturdays for property tours and seasonal operations. You should also be available to respond to urgent property issues outside regular working hours when needed.
