Responsibilities Assist in daily property management operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations to ensure legal adherence Utilize Entrata property management software for data entry, leasing documentation, and reporting tasks Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management activities to uphold high standards of property condition Conduct resident screenings, lease signings, and upselling opportunities to maximize occupancy rates Manage legal administrative tasks such as contracts, filing, and record keeping with precision and confidentiality Handle conflict management situations professionally while maintaining excellent customer service standards Skills Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in property management software Entrata and Microsoft programs Excellent legal administrative experience related to landlord-tenant law and lease agreements Ability to collect delinquent rents in a timely manner with professionalism Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques within property leasing contexts Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Office experience with data entry, filing systems, and general administrative support functions Familiarity with facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination and vendor relations This role offers a vibrant environment where your organizational skills and proactive approach will make a real difference. Pay:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
