We're looking for an organized, customer-focused AssistantProperty Manager to support daily operations, deliver excellent service, and help our community thrive. What You'll Do As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll partner with the Property Manager to keep the community running smoothly and residents happy.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services. Supporting rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquency follow-up. Helping prepare financial reports, budgets, and monthly performance summaries. Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Assisting with leasing tours, renewals, and resident move-ins/outs. Acting as a point of contact for residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly. What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience (multi-family preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic financial knowledge (rent collection, reporting, budget support). Experience with property management software ( Entrata , Yardi, RealPage, etc.). Customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
