Job Summary SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Property Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of a professional commercial property while providing administrative support to the property owners.

ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and taking pride in maintaining a well-run building. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing tenant relations, property operations, administrative responsibilities, and occasional hands-on tasks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Highly organized and detail-oriented; dependable, honest, professional, and responsive; a strong verbal and written communicator with excellent customer-service skills; a good problem solver who can independently handle a variety of day-to-day issues; comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, prospective tenants, and property owners; able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines; a fast and accurate typist; comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree preferred/required; leasing or Realtor license preferred; previous property management, office management, administrative, leasing, or customer-service experience strongly preferred; basic handyman or maintenance skills are a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is an active, onsite position. The candidate must be comfortable with walking several flights of stairs throughout the day; conducting building inspections; climbing ladders when necessary; lifting at least 40 pounds; performing occasional light manual labor and basic building tasks; working around maintenance vendors and building equipment.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
