Commercial Property Building Superintendent Confidential Carmel, IN Job Details Full-time $60,000 a year 11 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Teamwork Groundskeeping Driver's License Driving Full Job Description We are seeking a motivated and energetic Commercial Property Building Superintendent to join our team in Carmel, IN Superintendent primarily responsible for making certain that all buildings and grounds are clean and orderly condition, marketing, leasing, maintenance, administrative and management functions come together in an integrated, manageable, and replicable way. Providing management & maintenance services to tenants 5 days a week. Will be responsible for day-to-day aspects of property management and maintenance issues & functions (on-call responsibility if property maint. issues should arise). Looking for a take-charge individual with proven sales success, maintenance skills and excellent communication.
Responsibilities:
Keeping commercial property buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition Tending to A/C's units & PTAC units Installing, maintaining and making repairs in areas such as but not limited to equipment, carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical systems in commercial property suites & common areas. & calling on contractors & obtaining bids when out of skill set or time restrictions. Completes all work orders in a timely manner and communicates with the tenants should any delays occur. Provides exceptional customer service, at all times, to our commercial tenants, vendors, contractors and building guests. This position also requires on-call responsibilities, but not as strenuous and demanding as multi-family on-call. Qualifications Previous commercial property, multi-family maintenance or construction background HVAC, electrical, plumbing certification(s) preferred 1 or more years sales experience preferred
•Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs; (Word, Excel), Proficient in Google email, documents, drive and ability to adapt to any additional programs that may be necessary to the property & accounting.
