Full Job Description Summary:
Williamsburg Furniture, a Division of Patrick Industries located in Nappanee, Indiana is one of the area's leading sewing and upholstery shops, specializing in custom RV furniture and is seeking Experienced Upholstery Technicians for their growing facility. In this role, you will repair, upholster, and customize RV furniture to ensure comfort, durability, and a high-quality finish.
•Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years upholstery experience.
Responsibilities :
Fit fabric, vinyl, or leather to frames Install foam padding and ensure proper alignment Operate tools such as staple guns, and cutting tools Collaborate with design and production teams to meet specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years production upholstery experience Previous experience in upholstery or furniture repair Knowledge of fabrics, foams, and upholstery techniques Ability to read and follow design specifications Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical ability to lift and move furniture components Ability to operate and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely Follow written and oral directions given by supervisor Ability to meet Companies quality standards in performance and procedure. Physical demands of the position include: reaching, twisting, bending , squatting, walking, pulling, pushing, grasping, and standing throughout the duration of the shift
