Full-Time About the Role A growing real estate owner/operator is seeking a highly effective, entrepreneurial Community Manager to join our property management team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site operations, maximizing occupancy and profitability, and creating a positive living experience for residents while supporting and leading on-site staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, people-focused, and comfortable managing both day-to-day operations and long-term community performance. Primary Responsibilities The Community Manager is responsible for managing the community in the most efficient and profitable manner possible while ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of residents, associates, and ownership.
Key duties include:
Oversee all phases of on-site operations Respond to and manage emergency situations Stabilize and increase occupancy Develop and implement strategies to encourage long-term residency Oversee rent collection and manage delinquent accounts Handle evictions and landlord liens in accordance with applicable laws Conduct regular inspections of the apartment community Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Train, supervise, and evaluate on-site personnel Recommend promotions, transitions, and staffing changes Motivate and lead on-site staff to achieve performance goals Attract new renters to the community
Yardi Experience Preferred Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
