PRIMARY FUNCTION

Maintain residential programs and enforce guidelines of the programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND REGULAR ACTIVITIES

Ensure residents are getting needs met Enforcing guidelines of the program as needed Maintain cleanliness and appearance of residential home Encourage residents and be a positive role model for residents Provide crisis support for residents Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR ABILITIES

Knowledgeable about women and children's issues, homelessness causes and prevention. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Reasonable computer and communication skills. An understanding of Trauma Informed Care Ability to receive and attend trainings for specific service populations

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED. Experience working in a social service field with single mothers or residential facility. Valid driver's license

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Need to work evenings and some weekends Travel required There is access to confidential information that must be safeguarded
