McSherr Inc. is seeking to hire a motivated individual for Group Home Manager in the New Castle Indiana area. Managerial experience is preferred but not required. Group Home Manager is responsible for the management of the home including coordinating and overseeing staffing as well as all aspects of client care. They will work as a member of a cohesive team to ensure active treatment is provided and advocate for Community Inclusion, Human Rights, and Quality of Life for each individual. Administrative responsibilities include use of an electronic timekeeping system, monitoring tracking and data sheets, money management, and scheduling.

The House Manager works closely with the Direct Support Professionals, QIDP, Social Services Coordinator, Dietician, Health Services Coordinator, Psychologist, Speech and Physical Therapists, Physicians, and others in monitoring active treatment and obtaining needed services as required by State and Federal Regulations.
