Basic Responsibilities:
To handle day to day management of assigned properties in conjunction with company policy. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, including, but not limited to rent collections, bank deposits, management reports, apartment rentals, pre-occupancy and post occupancy inspections, delegate and monitor work orders, terminations, assistant hiring, rule enforcement, and handling project emergencies .
Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and climb stairs for one mile to show apartments and inspect the complex. Ability to look at P/C screen and type on keyboard for 2 hours daily. Ability to drive short distances to obtain supplies. Ability to answer phones and converse 8 hours daily. Ability to perform various light duty actions necessary to fulfill the above job responsibilities. Must have the ability to learn new and challenging at times tasks and love paperwork! Job Hours 9 am to 5:30 pm M-F with a half hour lunch Summary As a Residential Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of rental properties, ensuring high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and compliant property administration. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships while upholding fair housing regulations and applicable laws. Reporting to the Property/Portfolio Manager, you will lead a small team, supervise property staff, and drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and quality resident services. Your blend of customer service, organizational, and technical skills will ensure well-managed, attractive housing communities.

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
