This is a full-time position with 2 weeks paid vacation. Retirement plan. Bonuses. Looking to hire immediately. Please respond with resume. We are a real estate and property management company in Lexington, that's been around for 21 years. This is a fun and unique position in that it deals with all areas of real estate, property management, construction management, and people management. This person will work exclusively next to the owner and assist with daily activities in the property management world. The main task each day will be taking maintenance requests from tenants and dispatching our subcontractors to the jobs. Secondary responsibilities would include leasing properties, processing applications, and other property management related tasks. Plenty of opportunities for professional and financial growth. Hours would be from 9:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. There will be some driving involved, but you will be compensated for that. (but not limited to) 1. Answering phone calls from tenants with maintenance issues and dispatching subcontractors. 2. Using Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily operations. 3. Visiting job sites with the owner and being able to manage tasks that the owner delegates to other employees and subcontractors. 4. Taking notes and being organized. 5. Conflict resolution. 6. Following up on jobs. We will provide training for the property management aspect of the job and does not need any experience in that part of the field, but the candidate will need to meet the requirements below.

Candidate must be able to:

1. Cheerful and outgoing attitude is a must. Customer service is about presentation and if someone has low energy and is a debbie downer, then this will not be an ideal fit. 2. Must be able to type over 40 words a minute. 2. Good working knowledge of computers, Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3. Use proper English and grammar. 4. Organized and able to understand how to take notes and follow up on notes. 5. Clean background.---We will do extensive background check. Compensation is $20-22/hr with guaranteed 40 hours (with 1.5x overtime pay). There's also achievable weekly bonuses and bonuses for leasing out properties, that are all paid out on top of your hourly wages. Paid weekly.
