Floating Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist Help People Find Their Next Home Across Multiple Communities We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist to join our team. This unique role supports multiple apartment communities throughout Central Kentucky, Louisville, and Knoxville , stepping in wherever coverage and leasing support are needed most. The successful candidate will be based in Central Kentucky and should be comfortable with frequent travel to our communities in Louisville and periodic extended assignments at our Knoxville locations. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents while supporting current residents across a portfolio of communities. You'll combine customer service, leasing, marketing, sales, and community engagement skills to deliver a consistent, high-quality resident experience wherever you're assigned. What You'll Do Multi-Property Support Provide leasing, resident relations, and operational support across multiple communities in Central Kentucky, Louisville, and Knoxville. Serve as on-site coverage during vacancies, staffing shortages, employee leave, new property transitions, or periods of increased business need. Adapt quickly to each property's unique residents, team members, and operational procedures. Travel regularly between assigned communities and work extended periods at designated properties as needed. Leasing & Resident Support Give in-person and virtual property tours to prospective residents. Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process. Process rental applications and coordinate approvals. Complete move-in, move-out, and lease renewal paperwork. Maintain resident waitlists and assign available units. Conduct pre-move-in inspections and monthly property inspections. Communicate with residents regarding community guidelines and minor lease violations. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive resident experience across all assigned communities. Marketing & Community Engagement Create and post property advertisements across multiple platforms. Manage and grow social media presence for assigned communities. Track leasing traffic and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Help develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new residents. Plan and coordinate resident events that build community engagement and resident satisfaction. Team Collaboration Partner with property managers and regional leadership to support operational goals. Follow company policies and procedures across all communities. Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Share best practices and contribute to team success throughout the portfolio. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience. Experience using electronic leasing systems and online payment platforms. Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout Central Kentucky and Louisville and work extended assignments in Knoxville when needed. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions. Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and business needs. Bonus Points If You Have Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Experience with social media marketing and content creation. Event planning or community engagement experience. Prior experience supporting multiple properties or locations. Ability to frequently stand, walk, and climb stairs. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel regularly between properties and spend extended periods at assigned locations. Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (winter) or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (summer) Two to three Saturdays per month: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Travel and possible extended stays in Knoxville, TN may be required based on business needs. Dress Code Business or business casual attire.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
