In this vital role, you will coordinate daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure that participants receive engaging, respectful, and personalized support. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes independence, social skills, and community integration. Responsibilities Supervise and support social service program staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized habilitation plans tailored to each participant's needs and goals Manage day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation Foster strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to maintain a motivated team Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols within the program environment Prepare reports, maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools, and assist in budgeting and administrative tasks as needed Experience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social services settings Demonstrated supervisory experience in managing teams of social service or behavioral health staff Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, and community partners Experience developing programs that support behavioral health and community integration goals Background in social work or related fields with knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in social services. Prior experience in program development, budgeting, writing reports, and client communication is essential for success in this role
