Responsibilities Assist with lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and company standards Support property leasing activities by coordinating showings, answering tenant inquiries, and processing applications using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping for tenant files, contracts, and maintenance requests Manage client communication through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions to foster excellent customer service Help coordinate property maintenance and facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and assisting with financial reporting related to property operations Assist in conflict management scenarios by applying knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 program guidelines Experience Prior experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred not required Familiarity with property management software such as
APPFOLIO
Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Fair Housing regulations is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to handle contracts, negotiation, conflict resolution, and client relationships effectively Office experience involving data entry, filing, Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel), and customer relationship management systems is required Experience in facilities management or maintenance coordination will be advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing outstanding property services. Pay:
$11.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
