Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Full-Time Salary:
$68,000-$73,000, commensurate with experience Company Overview Lincoln Management Company is a family-owned and operated real estate company with roots dating back to the early 1900s. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Hampshire County and pride ourselves on providing responsive, personal service and maintaining our properties to a high standard. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, highly organized Office Manager - Property Management to oversee residential leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, property turnovers, and daily office operations. This is not a traditional desk-only office manager position. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between leasing, tenant communication, property inspections, maintenance coordination, marketing, and assisting ownership with day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of residential leasing for properties in Amherst, Northampton, Hatfield, and Hadley, including inquiries, showings, applications, lease coordination, and move-ins. Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants, providing professional and responsive customer service. Oversee apartment turnovers , including inspections and coordinating maintenance staff, cleaners, contractors, and vendors to ensure units are ready on schedule. Coordinate and follow through on maintenance requests and tenant concerns , prioritizing issues appropriately. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repairs, inspections, and property services. Maintain accurate tenant, leasing, property, maintenance, and vendor records. Work closely with the Financial Coordinator on the financial and administrative aspects of renting, including tenant accounts, deposits, rent collection, invoices, and leasing documentation. Assist with marketing available properties through rental listings, photography, social media, and other digital platforms. Support daily office operations, scheduling, tenant communications, and front-office responsibilities. Assist the company's two owners with day-to-day operations, projects, scheduling, vendor coordination, research, and other property-related needs. Proactively identify issues and develop practical, creative solutions. Qualifications & Skills Experience in property management, leasing, real estate, office management, or a related field preferred. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, initiative, and follow-through . Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team. Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or maintenance personnel preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management and office software. Social media, digital marketing, photography, or content creation experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting local properties. Compensation & Benefits $68,000-$73,000 annual salary , based on experience and qualifications.
