Job Summary We are seeking an organized and customer-centric Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Dedham, MA. This position is specifically structured to support a healthy work-life balance, offering a school-aligned schedule, perfect for parents, students, or anyone looking to maintain core daytime hours. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team. In this role, you will support the overall operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, exceptional tenant relations, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in real estate, customer service, and administrative excellence to grow their career in property management. Responsibilities Assist in the daily management of property operations, including lease administration and tenant communication. Manage phone and email inquiries. Accurately input and update leasing data within the AppFolio property management system. Maintain a record of lease information, monitor expiration dates, and facilitate pricing renewals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Previous experience in property management or leasing is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication abilities for interacting with tenants and vendors. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance. Ability to work on-site with a Monday through Friday schedule. Spanish language skills are a bonus. No evenings or On-Call hours
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
