The position coordinates staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support each student's health, safety, dignity, social-emotional well-being, development, and greater independence. The House Manager maintains a flexible schedule and participates in assigned on-call coverage.
