Full Job Description Clinical Liason Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison to join our talented team! Our ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with multiple agencies in the community, providing knowledge about our long-term care facility capabilities, and serving as the main community contact for the facility. Candidate must have strong sales experience with proven results. If you have prior experience in Assisted Living Sales, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with multiple agencies in the community, including but not limited to area hospitals to promote our facility's capabilities and services. Provide expert knowledge about our long-term care facility capabilities to the community. Serve as the main community contact for the facility, fielding all community questions and concerns. Collaborate with the Regional Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility Demonstrate a strong understanding of the senior living, healthcare, and hospitality industries, with a focus on sales and marketing Utilize your experience in sales and marketing to exceed revenue and occupancy expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred Ideally 5+ years of management experience in a senior level sales and marketing role Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality industry and in a multi-community role with management responsibility is preferred Demonstrated experience with exceeding revenue and occupancy expectations RN or LPN preferred but not required Why work with us Join a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents.
